Do you ever have the feeling that GOD has placed you at just the right spot, at just the right time? Well, this is how my husband and I felt as soon as we walked in the office at Fulcher Law. We had never needed an attorney before and had no idea of what to expect. But our anxiety changed to comfort in seconds. Our life had just capsized and we were sinking. With a daughter who had gained her wings too soon, she had left behind am amazing four month old son that we thought we would never see again. You see, Grandparents do not have any legal rights in Georgia. Charles Fulcher and his amazing team fought relentlessly to keep our family together and with outstanding results. We were awarded a plan that would involve us in our grandson's life with as much visitation as normal separated parents would receive. Everyone at Fulcher Law became our hero. Mr. Fulcher is not only a persistent attorney, but he has also had the roll of being a judge. He is well versed, and well trusted. I had Charlie as my attorney in a very challeging child custody case. I would have to say if not close to the most difficult period of my life. I had no idea now to begin looking for a lawyer so to he honest I googled ones near me and he came up. Thankfilly I made a wonderful choice. Not only was Charlie and his team patient and understanding with my case, Charlie gave me his honest opinion always. I am very thankful for the help they provided me in this very difficult time of my life.

Easy to deal with and gets things done.

These guys helped me through a very difficult divorce. Everyone helped in their own way, so it really was a team effort! Charlie is tough where he needs to be and uses sound judgement to guide you through the process and helps you stay focused on what really matters. Greg has the short end of the stick when it comes to his duties as "dough catcher" but is always so kind and funny when calling to inquire about balances. I cannot recommend this firm enough! Started out as 5 stars (The attorney was straight to the point and told me what I needed to know and had everything filed within a couple days and that's bc I took a couple days to approve all papers. Charles Fulcher was to the point and quick).... That was over two years ago and I'm still married and have never talked to the attorney since I hired him. Never get through to anybody, but they will contact you for monthly payments once your retainer is gone, yet you haven't got anywhere with the divorce. Im over all of this!!!

Simply put, if you are in need of legal assistance you will find no one better to help you. Mr. Fulcher has a wealth of experience in both civil and criminal law and I recommend him wholeheartedly. He and his office staff worked tirelessly to help me in my lengthy contested divorce case and I really wouldn’t be able to put into all the words necessary as to how much this work they completed helped in the case settlement I achieved and also in my life but I do know I will always be grateful for their help.
