From the first time I was in Tracy's office for my consultation to the day we won our case (a year later) was just a magnificent experience! He gave me hope from the first day, made his goal, and carried it out to the very end. I could feel that he TRULY cared about our case, and he TRULY gave us his ALL the whole time! He is a man of God, and I saw that throughout the entire case. He took me by the hand and prayed for me the very first time I was in his office. On the day we had court and broke for lunch, we asked him to go to lunch with us, and he said no, that he was fasting through lunch for our case. After judge declared adoption, he took us all by the hand, and prayed a blessing over our family. He called me even when he wasn't in the office to update us on any new news that came up in our case. He was very thorough in all that he did for us. His staff is so wonderful! They are all so loving and compassionate. We have just fell in love with Tracy and his entire staff. Not only did we win our case, but we even were able to adopt our children, when we were told by a previous lawyer it would not be possible! We were a third party aunt and uncle that won over a biological father and mother! I know that I have made friends in Tracy and his staff and they will be friends for life, and I have also found the attorney that I will use forever! If you want an attorney that truly cares and will give your case his all, and puts the Lord first in his life, and even prays over ALL his cases, then you should call TRACY BROWN today!!! Inept and uncaring. Stay away if you want to win your case. Biggest mistake of my life. I hired Tracy and he wanted to be paid up front. No big deal, that's to be expected. but then to only see him one more time before court? I could never get a hold of him... EVER! He had an inept paralegal who would screw up all the paperwork and then i would get charged to fix it. In court he was the most indifferent lawyer i had ever seen. he seemed to not really care about the case and then he disappeared right after court before i could talk to him. i never heard from him again. I found out i lost custody of my kids through my ex wife. I never heard from him and i couldn't get a hold of anyone who could tell me the whole verdict. they just said I should get it in the mail within a week. I want my $7000 back so i can go hire a decent lawyer.
