I am a trial lawyer in North Carolina and can not practice law in the state of Georgia. Great staff ! But, "Communication rules the nation", as the saying goes. I just didnt have much confidence in the lawyer handling my case. If communication rules a whole nation, then why would my one lawyer, whom I'm supposed to be confident in, lack it. When its one of the most important elements of building confidence in someone. I spent the entire year and two months that it took to settle , communicating with my lawyer and even more effort waiting for communication back. I've had to call him every step of the way when it should've been vice versa. Although the people who answered the telephone were very nice and took every message that I left for my lawyer to return the call.
