This has been just about the worst experience I think we could get...No one ever calls to update us on my husband's case. I ALWAYS have to either call the main office or the lawyer directly myself to get any kind of information. Other lawyers we've used in the past have always kept us up to date and never once make us call and wonder after a year of an accident happening, what the status of our case was.

Second time using them. NEVER AGAIN!!!! THIS EXPERIENCE IS TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! The first time was great but not now. This law firm has gotten bigger and customer service isn't the priority any more. I referred 3 people and all three were dissatisfied. I was very satisfied with the amount of money T Madden & Associates got me. This is a very nice, professional office. Andrea at the front desk is a winner, she makes you feel like she personally knows you and your issue is her most important concern. Mr. Madden is highly fair in business and considerate of his customers. I worked with a few of the associates at this office and when I tell you that Mr. Madden must have sent his employees to the Chik-fil-A training camp. They have been fantastic. No matter how busy they are they have time for you. Renee is very friendly and caring. Keeps you up to date with your case, good or bad..Inever have to call them and if i do call the phone is always answered. If not they call you back ASAP. I recommend them to everyone..
