Attorney Todd Barbee communicated well and made sure I was prepared for the deposition hearing.

It’s been 2 years and my case still isn’t settled and still hasn’t gone through litigation review. My case has been through several different case managers. Most of which have gone months without speaking to me or giving any type of updates unless I call and ask. My case was said to have been in litigation since January but now I find out that not only do I have another case manager but that my case hasn’t even gone through review with the attorney. My case will reach the statute of limitations this December. This is my first experience with an accident lawyer and it has been the worse experience in my life.

Very unprofessional. The worst experience ever first of all it took 8 months to get $3500 with 2 bills I have to pay for add that up I got $2200 and he got $8500 how I get injured and the lawyer gets more then me and they sent me to a doctor that was supposed to be a chiropractor and they claim they didn’t know she wasn’t a chiropractor so I got sent to a real one the next day but that bone doctor wanted $2100 for her one day service and that $2100 came out of my settlement check and when I find out about the $2100 they did not want to talk to me about that and I tried for a month to get T Madden on the phone he was dodging me and not answering my questions and Quick to get off the phone he said he was going to call me back and never did he is Scammer and I do not recommend anyone to do business with this law firm …… And if anyone has been sent to the wrong places and had to pay for it please let me know so we can file a lawsuit against this law firms.

My experience and expectations with T. Madden and Associates was a blessing. No one wants to be in a situation to have to need a lawyer and this was my 1st experience that I needed someone to fight for me. I stay in my lane and know how insurance companies can take advantage of a situations wanting to only do bare minimal when we pay insurance for years. I looked at reviews and came to a decision to utilize T.Madden and Associates to fight this insurance battle for me and glad I did. Through the process Bridgett kept me updated via text and email on where I was in the process. She would tell me how long insurance companies have to reply to notices as well as set up appointments needed for my injury. If it had been awhile since communicating she would reach out to let me know they are still fighting my case. I appreciate the communication and feeling that my case is being monitored and fought which made stressless for me as I focus on healing both mentally and physically following this situation. I highly recommend T.Madden and Associates.

My case manager Bridgette was so helpful and friendly, making sure that I knew everything that was happening, every step of the way. They were patient with all my questions and helped me navigate a very stressful time in my life. 10/10 I can't thank them enough and if I should ever need a accident lawyer again, I will 100% be coming to them.
