⚠️ Warning!! Chalker & Chalker Issues!! We close on a couple dozen properties every month and never have any issues with the dozens of different closing attorneys we have used beside one. We have only had major issues with Chalker & Chalker. Out of all attorneys we have had the most deals fall through when the sellers were using them compared to any other attorney. I’m not sure if they are just disorganized, have something against us or are just simply unethical but it seems to be very suspicious to say the least. We have multiple deals that the seller couldn’t perform and getting out Earnest Money back from them has been a nightmare. I currently had to hire an attorney to sue them for not returning our Earnest Money they are holding on one house and Escrow money they are holding on another when the tenants didn’t leave in time per our agreement with the seller. They have been the least responsive to any emails me or my partners have sent them. They have been the most unprofessional attorneys I have ever dealt with in decades. Lastly their fees as a buyer have always been about 50% higher than any other attorney as they force us to buy insurances etc that no other attorneys force us to buy. All I have seen from them is greed and a major lack of customer service. I would strongly suggest if you want to use them or are currently using them to be very careful and see if others are having similar issues. As you can imagine I would never use them again.

THE WORST CLOSING REAL ESTATE FIRM IN GEORGIA. ONCE PROPERTY IS CLOSED ON, THEY DON'T PAY YOU WHAT'S DUE TO YOU. TOOK ALMOST 50 DAYS TO CLOSE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DONT USE THEM. BUT, IF YOU WANT TO CLOSE ON A PROPERTY WITHIN 60 DAYS OR MORE, THEN THIS IS THE FIRM FOR YOU.
