My go to closing attorneys. They take amazing care of my clients and are so great with communication as well!!

Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience working with them. Poor communication, I only received the wiring instructions on the closing day. Also I find the fees they charged me were high. UPDATE: On the closing day, I was told that I will receive the deed via the mail. I emailed them after a MONTH to check why I haven’t received it, to found that they sent it to the purchased lot address 😔 and justified this by saying they didn’t have an address on file! So if you don’t have an address on file for your client, mail it to any address even if it is the address of the lot I just purchased and no one live there instead of bothering themselves to send a message to check with me or my realtor my mailing address!!

These are the most professional, understanding, and easy going attorneys I've ever worked with. They've handled all my transactions with care. One of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to attorneys is their lack of communication, but Ashli, Garret, Hallee, Bobbi, and the whole Sorohan team are always a call or email away with a fast response. If you're looking for a great attorney who prides themselves in providing a high quality service, then you absolutely must use O'Kelley and Sorohan! All their locations are great, and their Kennesaw location has never let me down.

We had a great closing. Client was so surprised how fast it went. Everything was ready to go and money was wired in record time. Garrett was eager to answer all questions with a smile on his face.
