Craig has help me set up my business by providing both legal and business advice. He is a professional and a superb sounding block as well. When starting a new business you need to have someone who can be objective and give honest educated feed back, Craigs background allows you to get real business value out of legal advice.

Craig has helped me several times with a range of legal advice. I own several companies and he has help guide us properly in several areas. I have used him for contract negociation, setting up tax jurisdictions in other states, collection letters, and several other general questions. He has always charged me fairly and accurately.
