How do you know when you have a good lawyer? When a lawyer hears and reviews your case without judgment and dollar signs is good lawyer. Mr. Kevin Crayon is who I’m referring to! Awesome and Compassionate describes Mr. Crayon in my book. Mr. Crayon has reasonable fees and understands that people have other responsibilities. As a loyal client, I understood he have responsibilities as well. Some lawyers will take your money and kick you to the curve without any results. Not Mr. Crayon! Mr. Crayon was very thorough with my cases and he made sure I had a clear understanding of my cases and the processes. He kept me in the loop of all correspondences. He was honest about everything and didn’t try to mislead me. I had no problems with him as far as trying to contact him. If he wasn’t available, I left messages and he responded timely. He recently took a very unusual case of my love one and the result turned out better than we expected. Mr. Crayon gave my love one more hope than they had and put them in a better position. Met with Brian a few months ago to file a chapter 7. We needed to save the deposit for a few months to pay for their services. For over a week I have been trying to get in to see him and confirm we are still good to on the chapter 7. After number broken promises and no return calls or emails from him I am taking my business elsewhere.

We chose to hire Attorney Crayon, even though there were attorneys that were priced less as well as attorneys that were hire priced Attorney Crayon was not only the most knowledgeable he was compassionate and truly concerned for not only myself but for my husband. My husband was arrested for a DUI in Gwinnett County and the cops left me in the vehicle because i was the passenger(they left me "guarded" by another officer). Without getting into details and to try make a very long story short; not even an hour later I myself was arrested for a DUI in the same vehicle that i was left in when my husband was arrested in the middle of the night of a cold winter. This was the first time I had ever been arrested and I was afraid and alone. After being bonded out both myself and husband searched for attorneys using google,word of mouth,the georgia bar association, and legal aid and after many consultations and receiving wrong information we finally came across Attorney Crayon, the best decision my husband and I could have ever made. He was affordable and the best part he was able to not only win both myself and my husband cases(we had separate judges and prosecutors), Attorney Crayon was able to win!!!! We had no jail( time except for the few hours when we were arrested and even though my husband is a convicted felon and was and is still on probation for a crime he spent 15 yrs in prison for, Attorney Crayon was able to get him not only off of probation but keep him from being extradited back to another state for violating his probation(being arrested). Attorney Crayon came to court ready to FIGHT and WIN and that is exactly what he did. The Prosecutor was very clear at arraignment for my husband that she was NOT willing to negotiate because of his prior record and his blood alcohol level, attorney Crayon did not fold, did not give up, and did not back down. He was prepared for trial and had all if his facts straight and knew the law. After going back and forth with the prosecutor..The prosecutor folded(in my opinion the prosecutor although having years of experience knew that attorney crayon was prepared for a fight and was coming to win, i dont think gwinnett county was ready for a heavy hitter like attorney Crayon!;and that is usually not something you see from prosecutor. My husband is driving again legally and a week after my court date i received my license back. I could literally write a book on how awesome attorney crayon handled our cases both professionally in and out of the courtroom but this is a review so I wont do that, what I will do is to ask anyone that is looking for a defense attorney please please contact attorney crayon, you will not be disappointed. He is honest, dependable and when you call his office you don't speak to a machine you speak with him and if he is in court he will call you back in a very timely matter. I'm so glad I found Mr. Gumprecht! I had multiple lawyers reaching out but I'm fortunate to have hired Michael. I was rear-ended in Jonesboro by a driver who fled the scene. We had two witnesses who saw the hit & run, yet the police officer never charged the driver. The insurance company tried to take advantage of that with a lowball offer but Michael had no tolerance for that and filed a lawsuit for the hit and run immediately. Let me start by saying I am in Law Enforcement have been for over 28 years. I have dealt with every type of lawyer possible but never have I had to find, call or use one for my own personal reason. Recently while riding my personal motorcycle, stopped at a red light I was struck by a drunk driver. I was hit and the vehicle that hit me took off. I was able to recover from being hit, gather myself and follow the vehicle as it tried to get away. This chase went on for over 3.5 miles. After police units arrived and took the driver into custody I started the process of looking for help from an attorney. Michael Gumprecht called me immediately, he explained the law to me in a very straight forward way, he made me feel as if he truly cared and was concerned and out of all of the lawyers that tried to contact me about handling my case, I felt most secure with him.
