Attorney Crayon is the absolute best in the business, period. When faced with whistleblower retaliation, I initially searched for information online and ran across his videos and decided to contact him for advice- surprisingly, he consulted with me for FREE (this included reviewing all my documents and being very responsive to my questions) which was very helpful - as the case progressed, I decided to use his limited service for budgeted representation which greatly helped me comply with deadlines and case requirements. Eventually, I decided to convert to full representation as this process tends to be confusing, you can have a great case, but can blow it by missing deadlines etc, This process was made much easier as he posts case related documents, upcoming dates/events on his client portal and you can review case documents and interact with him there anytime. Having Attorney Crayon representation proved to be very effective, as he was able to obtain key evidence in the discovery process that I did not have access to that was instrumental to my case. I strongly believe this is the reason the agency decided to settle the case favorably as we got closer to the hearing date due to Attorney Crayon willingness to pursue and press the agency on my case that was poised to prevail. In settlement, Attorney Crayon was able to obtain full reimbursement of my attorney fees!! There are simply not enough words that I could say that would adequately reflect how great Attorney Crayon has been. I have no doubt the reason my case outcome was favorable was solely due to him. From the beginning, he was up front, honest, and gave his full attention whenever I spoke to him.
