This was the worst experience with a closing ever. Up to the actually closing was fine. It was all about the unprofessional attorney at the actually closing. (It was not Mr Luther, it was an older woman). When asked a question about a specific form to be signed she was very curt and dismissive. She stated that we could just end this and we didn’t t have to sign anything! Also she said “you came in here with a bad attitude “. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! This law firm was paid for a service and we did not expect to be treated so disrespectfully. Customers like ourselves are what pay her salary!! Maybe she was having a bad day but seems like she needs to retire if she can’t handle a question without getting so defensive!!
