Unprofessional and irresponsible! Don’t waste your time

Roger ghai was very helpful and always respectful. Will always answer the phone whenever I had a question or was following up and responded by emails quickly as well. Roger explained the full process during me and my wifes car accident and couldn't of been happier with the results we had. Thank you

Horrible lawyer. Very RUDE!!! May be because he doesn't like people that doesn't look like him or it may be because I'm young so he thought he could take advantage of me. For 3 months there was absolutely no communication. If I didn't call his office for an update they would NOT call me. I never got any phone calls or emails or even replies to emails until I called angrily. These reviews have to be paid for because he did absolutely nothing for me and my case but LIE.

I highly recommend this firm . Having an accident is a nerve wrecking experience with all the challenges that come after. I needed to trust that my legal remedy was in capable hands, and it was. The communication was clear, professional, timely and if you needed to speak to the attorney he makes himself available. No question was agitating [I had many] and you are treated with respect. Things were made simple and mind easing so I could just focus on my recovery. My case was settled faster than I expected to be honest. The paralegal , Kaitlin- if I spell correctly- was courteous, accessible and capable to help with concerns when the attorney is not available. If you prefer personal type representation with an attorney you can actually speak to if needed, consider this one. They took all the concerns out of my hands day one. Thanks for excellent management of my case!
