I usually do not write reviews, but in this case, it is important to make others aware. This review is based on my direct experience with Ms McGham. I contacted her office seeking legal advice regarding visitations ( the other party doesn't let me see my daughter). I paid the fees, and my appointment was scheduled for 2 pm. I arrived 5 minutes earlier, but the front desk said she was on a phone call. After 30 minutes, I was able to see her. She did not review the form before sending it to me; this form had information on my initial case and the parties (minors) involved. She listened to me and instructed me what to do ( roughly 30 min), and after doing so, I had to contact her again to let her know the outcome of her instructions, and based on that, she would tell me the best route. She couldn't tell me anything else, and there were no prices either. I contacted her 3 times via phone and left a voicemail. Also, I sent her several emails, but she never returned any of my calls or emails. Spoke with front desk and she assured me my emails been printed and they are on her desk. She contacted me back almost 3 weeks later via email. And here is what I sincerely think (again, this is me, as a human and desperate mother who hasn't seen her kid in almost a year. If you come to a lawyer and explain what's happening, express this feeling of hopelessness and need as a mother to see her kids. Of course, I am willing to hire her services, but the first impression is a lack of communication (again, 3 weeks to give me an answer). Do you think this person takes her job seriously? If you come to a lawyer (who should be passionate about what she does) and that person doesn't respond promptly, clearly, that person doesn't want to help. Why should I hire you?

My Daughter used Jenn for her divorce. If I could give zero stars it would be a more fitting rating. Ms. McG han refused to follow my daughters requests for many different aspects of the divorce and custody. Repeatedly failed to communicate cancelled court dates, flatly refused to file Contempt paperwork for the defendents refusal to follow court orders Refused to go to court to force the payment of child support as court ordered for 4 months. Failed to follow through with court orders after the divorce agreement was signed. Failed to appropriately file court ordered Child support with the state of Ga. Telling my daughter to "just talk to him" while knowing full well she is a domestic violence survivor. And when my daughter talked with Jenn about a modification they charged her $200 for a 15 min consultation and told her it would be $2700 to file 2 pieces of paper for a custody modification. Please look elsewhere for legal assistance.

Lacks the ability to communicate, does not follow directions of clients, does not file timely paperwork Is lazy and not at all aggressive in representation of clients.

Great mediator. If you're looking for or in need of an aggressive attorney due to complicated family issues, look elsewhere.

Called a year ago and again a week ago and never received a call back!

$200 consultation fee is ridiculous.

Horrible experience with this attorneys office.. Paid $3500 up front and literally did nothing for me in over a years time. Didn’t even file my temporary court order for my divorce which is very unprofessional. I ended up firing this attorney and reporting her to the Ga state bar. Highly do not recommend!!! Save your money and go elsewhere.

They helped me with my divorce. Made it easy and answered any and all questions I had.

Great attorney! She will fight for you and owns the courtroom, she’s amazing in court! I’ve witnessed her presenting other clients in court while waiting for my hearing. She achieved good outcomes for them as well in a child custody cases, divisions of assets and lawyers fees. One of the cases being a father fighting for rights to see his child and won. The office staff is amazing as well. If you call with a need or question, someone always answers and helps. Terri is front staff is always helpful and Amy the paralegal as well. Amy even got an unnecessary hearing filed by the other party dismissed and saved me a day in court. Fees are reasonable and not above average. They follow the typical average costs for an attorney in the area.
