I hired David Lawler to represent me and after speaking with him I was happy and excited to have him represent me. As the case progressed I found myself wondering if he was "on my side." I rarely knew what was going on with my case and most of my phone calls were not returned. Once my case ran into "resistance" from the opposing party (duh, that's why lawyers are involved), he did the opposite of what I hired him to do. He goal seemed to be finding a middle ground, NOT pursuing the things I HIRED him to do.

Attorney Lawler was referred to me by a friend that he had represented during her divorce case. She told me that he was very reasonable, she had an extremely positive experience with him, and that he was a bulldog in the courtroom. Her words do not do him justice. He has been generous, responsive, highly professional, sympathetic, supportive, and understanding during a divorce with an abusive, manipulative, vindictive, mean-spirited, and spiteful pathological liar and his equally nasty family. I have suffered extreme stress and anxiety as the other side has been relentlessly trying to destroy and intimidate me in a highly contested and emotional divorce. He has fought hard for my interests tirelessly, and I have peace of mind knowing my case is in good hands. He stood by me during my "darkest hour". David handles a lot of my real estate closings. He is always organized, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I can't get over how quickly I get my title work and HUDs for my closings. In some cases, I have received title work in only a few hours when I struggle for weeks with others. Truly impressive.
