I have had David Lawler provide me with legal advice over the last 5 years since I opened my dental practice. He has handled all of my personal real estate closings in that time. I am pretty sure he could do a real estate closing with his eyes closed. He has done so many he is able to recite the mandatory fine print verbatim. Easily the fastest closings I have ever been a part of. I am only disappointed when he does not practice law in the area that I need him, however, he did introduce me to a fantastic commercial real estate attorney to handle my needs. Its respectable that he knows his specialty in law and he refers when necessary. Not only is David Lawler a great attorney but he is also a great resource.
