My charge was cruelty to children which was a felony with an alcohol charge. Atty. Fleming was able to help reduce the charges to a misdemeanor. He also helped with a child custody issues as well as recommending his colleagues to help to get this case behind me once and for all. Hired Mr. Fleming to represent me for two misdemeanor charges of stalking and harassment by phone. He has no idea how to handle these types of cases, but chose to represent me and overcharged me, and failed to represent me well. Made my life even more difficult after putting in a guilty plea for me when I had never been convicted of any crimes and had the options of a pre-trial diversion or even First Offendor. He does not take time to handle your case, especially if he has no expertise in it, and is in it for the money. Plain and clear as day.
