I am here to complement Tiana Garner. She is an amazing entrepreneur, attorney, mother, and child of God. She is so strong, brave, and stands up for what she believes in. Thank you Tiana for all that you’ve done for me.

Tiana Garner was excellent. Fighting by myself for almost a year and each day the case will get more ugly but she fight for my rights. In October I call her for custody rights and in November I was getting visit with my baby. Thanks Tiana you are the best. You were there all the way.

Mrs. Garner was a great help to me with my case. She kept in touch with me every step of the way prior to trial and followed through with every tasks i asked of her. She was honestly concerned with my well being. She was masterful during trial and keep me abreast ever step of the way. Thanks to her unwavering support i won a Not Guilty verdict. I walked in Mrs. Garners office a broken man after experiencing years of negative, unbalanced results in the family court system and having to deal with attornies who pretend to have my best interest at heart but through the process it seems as though they were working against me. I have found it extremely difficult to find an attorney that would fight for a father in the courts. My first sit down with Tiana, she allowed me to discuss all my previous experiences, I discussed my fears and skepticism of getting a judgement that would be fair and balanced. I found her to be nonjudgemental, she put everything on the table, both positive and negative. She built a relationship with me, getting to know my wife and children. Her attitude is a no nonsense, "I fight for my client" type attitude. For once I slept easy knowing she was on the case. The end result is receiving a judgement that is actually what I sought out for, fair and balanced. It was breathtaking to finally find someone who cared and fought for me. I slept peacefully and wasn't stressed knowing I had her in my corner. I appreciate Tiana and her staff so much and I would recommend her as a top tier attorney, especially for fathers who do the right thing by their children but get taken advantage of by the courts and the mother. After a very emotionally draining marriage it was time to end this chapter of my life. Divorce was the only option. I was lucky enough to find Tiana Garner. She is a true blessing from God. She protected me and my daughter through all of it. Her advise was right on. Her knowledge was outstanding. She made me feel as if we has known one other for a while. I wasn't just money to her. She made me feel very safe. She gave me strength I didn't know I had in me. Thanks to her helping me have a fresh start at life I'm truly happier now than I've ever been. My daughter felt comfortable with her too. She took her time with me and answered all my questions. Even after hours she took her own personal time to return my calls. Tiana Garner performed sub-par as an attorney. She was rude on many occasions. After she spoke to the other side, she became belligerent and began asking for more money than originally discussed! I have contacted fraternity brothers, fellow Veterans in the ATL area to let them know NOT to hire this woman!! I had to file a complaint against her with the State of Georgia Bar Association for financial malfeasance. She padded my bill with excessive email and phone calls to the other side in the case, running up a tab, then overcharging me.

I hired Ms. Garner for a family law matter and she took my money and did very little! Georgia allows their attorneys to practice misconduct as long as the misconduct isn't financial. This woman has major attitude. She copped a serious attitude after she conferred with the respondent in my case (who is a female con artist). In any other state, she would have been disbarred for colluding and canoodling with the other side. She seemed like she was representing myself and the other party. She was rude and then talked crazy to me like she was as good as Johnny Cochran or something! I regret hiring her! She took thousands of dollars from me and did nothing! As of today, over 3,000 people on social media have been warned about how lousy a lawyer she is! She knows she can be disrespectful in Georgia due to their trial attorney lobbyist.

I had an TPO case against me and she really quickly represented me and had my best interest. Be prepared to be told the truth it is what it is when it comes down to your case.She is going to tell you the truth on everything. She also was expecting and still handled her business. Great Great Attorney.

She was assigned. Not even speaking or doing anything the day of court. Then after being called over 10 times. She claims she is paid by the state as if that is the reason why being slow, not imformed , and not having to speak to a family member does not matter. Court appointed lawyers should work whether being paid by the state or not. And I do pay taxes which pays her too. If you can , find an attorney that cares with less attitude.........
