I had a personal injury case from a car accident that I attempted to settle myself with the other insurance company as it was a small case but to no avail. I contacted Mr. Hays and even though it was a small case, he was happy to take it on. He explained in great detail what the process would be, and what the maximum settlement amount I could expect based on my injuries. I wanted to settle this without going to court and Mr. Hays worked diligently and quickly in negotiating with the other insurance company. He notified me with every communication and settlement offer made by the other insurance company and continued negotiations until their offer was commensurate with my injuries. His paralegal, Lisa, negotiated with the hospital and doctors to reduce my medical bills. Great lawyer! He is very honest and everything he says is true. He does not make promises that he can’t keep. Although he can talk your head off I love him has my lawyer he comes through when things seem to be the impossible. Lisa is awesome too. Keep up the great work!! UPDATE: Although Mr. Hayes is a good lawyer I am very disappointed in the outcome of my case. How does the lawyer get more money then me. I was talked into settling and then got the very short end of the stick. I hope I never get into a car accident again but if I do I will do more research of who I choose next time as a lawyer.

Charges too much 33.33% of gross proceeds, he takes it out of the gross proceeds and on top deducts advances and expenses totaling almost $200 which don’t even have receipts for, took 6 months to settle a claim From a vehicle accident, Hard to reach, you only talk to a paralegal , wouldn’t recommend him, him and dr caputto got more than what injured person received
