If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I found Mr. Kim to be the utmost in professionalism. I was looking for a traffic attorney and found Mr. Kim after doing an internet search. I was rear ended last year and was pushed into the car ahead of me, and received a citation for following too closely, and needed somebody with me at the arraignment. At first we discussed getting the charged reduced, and pay the fine, but that would have gone on my driving record and would possibly effect insurance rate. After learning that both the driver I hit, and the driver that hit me stated I was at a complete stop on the police report, he said there’s no way I should have been ticketed. He agreed to take my case, and felt so strongly about it he said he’d not charge me for a second trip if we had to go back for a bench or jury trial. Before court began he was able to talk to the District Attorney, who agreed I should not have been charged, and dismissed the case. After court he told me that he spent the hour drive time to court formulating a “battle plan” just In case we had to go back for a trial. This is the man you want to go to “battle” for you!!

Attorney Kim was beyond personable, professional, transparent, and thorough. I contacted him for my fiancé who had a warrant for criminal trespassing. We were living out of the state of Georgia and trying to move to GA so my fiancé could be with his son following the death his mother. Not only was the situation extremely delicate, trying to handle this from the west coast was mentally daunting before contacting Attorney Kim. He made everything so manageable. When I contacted him for the initial consultation, he was extremely patient, detailed, and knowledgeable. Even with new officials in office and it being unchartered territory so to speak, Attorney Kim was able to get my fiancés warrant recalled; completely avoiding my fiancé having to turn himself in and trial. Attorney Kim was always available and keep us updated every step of the way. He will forever be highly regarded and recommended.

Philip Kim is a great guy and doesn't charge nearly what he could for his service. He cares about his clients, their rights, freedom and especially future. I called around to 20+ attorneys and of course did my research first. Right away Mr. Kim and i were on the same page, and he was the only one i talked to that i felt truly cared. Mr. Kim was able to get my shoplifting charge dropped from my record without having first offender available and even being denied pre-trial diversion. At least give him a call!!!! He knows his way around a courthouse!

Philip Kim was an excellent help with great results. He was very informative and seemed to genuinely connect to our situation. When I got a speeding ticket in a 40 going 65 I was stressed out from all the possible outcomes that could happen. Not only was Philip Kim reaffirming, but also confident in his skill that he could help. In the end he successfully negotiated my ticket to be changed to a moving violation. This saved me from losing points on my license. Not only that, but also got the fee dropped by $50. After the court he also quickly helped me fill out forms for a legal name change as well within only a matter of minutes. The whole time he and his assistant were nice, professional, and punctual leaving an atmosphere where you knew you were going to be taken good care of. Best Traffic ticket Attorney Philip did way more than I expected, dropped my traffic tickets to minimum and I didn’t go to jail, my previous lawyer just wasted my time and money and kept on torturing me court appearance but with Kim, I never went to court, in less than 2 days, the case was dismissed and he is affordable, flexible payment plan.
