Just want to start off by saying if you’re looking for a lawyer who pays attention to detail you’re in the right spot. Matt and his paralegal Colleen were very attentive with this whole case process and with any questions I had. Matt Acuff is an exceptional lawyer and a great person. Throughout my legal journey Matt remained professional and dedicated. His level of communication is top notch, often responding to my communications much more quickly than expected, sometimes within minutes for quick questions. Understandably, he can’t always reply that quickly, but he always responds promptly and gives each question or concern the attention it deserves. Matt was always prepared, perhaps even over-prepared, for whatever we were facing. Now, Matt wasn’t a shoulder to cry on kind of guy (he is very no nonsense), but I never doubted his genuine compassion and always felt 100% supported throughout my journey. At the end of the day Matt was able to get my case resolved to my satisfaction within months when in many similar situations resolution would have taken over a year. I cannot recommend him highly enough. This is definitely the guy you want in your corner when you are facing a tough legal battle- he is proactive and will fight for you.
