Mr. Douglas Fox of Fox Firm P.C., and his staff were very professional and quite attentive when I needed to hire a Gwinnett county attorney for a family member. His paralegal was More than helpful and understanding to my needs when talking with me during multiple phone calls before I even met with and hired Mr. Fox. Once hired, he took immediate action even while I was still in the office and portrayed a personal interest in getting the case resolved as quickly as allowable within the court system. He knew the laws and understands the judicial system and didn't back down on getting answers and cooperation from resources that were dragging their feet on getting the case pushed through the system. Doug Fox is absolutely fantastic. The main thing that differentiates him from other attorneys is that he truly cares about his clients. He is also one of the most competitive people I've ever met. Some attorneys just go through the motions but Doug takes pride in delivering an A+ performance. I could tell within the first 5 minutes of my initial consultation that he was different. Some attorneys never communicate directly. You have to go through the administrative staff. I almost hired one of them. But Doug will email you directly, even at midnight the night before your case just to make sure you're prepared and on the same page as him. With Doug you get the skill of a high profile attorney but the personalized service of a small firm. My best advice is please do not be persuaded by the marketing of "large firm" attorneys. When you hire Fox Firm, you actually get Doug Fox, not a rookie attorney operating under the big name of the firm. Doug is extremely smart and very detail oriented which is very important when it comes to performance in the courtroom. Just when you think he might forget a minor detail of your case, he nails it home before the judge. His ability to understand the facts of a case as if it were his own life is unbelievable. He will explore every possible angle of ways to articulate your points to the court. He doesn't just dump facts onto the floor for the judge to pick up, he carefully crafts a story that allows the court to really understand his clients' situation. He is also extremely aggressive in a very tactful way. Doug will not be pushed around in a courtroom. For every point that was made against me, Doug was prepared for a response. This is because of his meticulous case preparation that he undergoes, studying the facts, crafting an argument, researching case precedent, and ultimately delivering a great argument. If I were an attorney I would absolutely NOT want to go against Doug. I am so thankful for finding Doug. He changed my life for the better and I am forever grateful.
