She was kind to my children when they visited the office with me and always reminded me to put the children first and think of their perspective when making a decision. She made the process which was already arduous much easier for me and my children. She stood up for me when lies were brought forward as well as claims with no evidence. She gave me additional advice on how to reduce some of the costs to help me save funds as she was aware of my financial situation. Hiance helped out with my legitimization case. She did a great job at keeping me updated with things and also still answers my questions and concerns, although the case has been closed. I truly believe Hiance loves what she does because she does it well & with passion. Never was I left behind on information, I was always kept in the loop.
