Mr.Elbaz represented me in Gwinnett county and Walton county and did an amazing job! Got my charges reduced tremendously in Gwinnett and keep me from going to prison and got me out of jail in Walton and currently working on my case! I have complete faith in him and l ow he will get it all worked out! Out of the different lawyers I have had he is the best. March 15, 2022 I was falsely accused of being an aggressor by my ex girlfriend and I was arrested by Gwinnett County police in front of my 6 children. I was devastated to be charged with 4 charges so fast forward May 2024 we were going to trial and I have never been on trial before I was gonna rep Represent myself until my family told me that I need to get a real lawyers and to get council so I got on Google and I came across A lot of different lawyers and I call all the lawyers either. I was extremely high like over 10,000 or they didn’t want to take my case because we were already at the trial stage. So I came across JOSHUA ELBAZ and Miss Fallon Stimpson The first thing I did was read the reviews and I was like OK they reviews say they are really good. They could really help me. So I called and I got told that JOSHUA give me a call back because he was in court when JOSHUA called me back he was on it he gave me the most reasonable and lowest price by anyone I was calling around too and for me being from out of state from Illinois And I’m a single parent of six children and he took my case immediately the very next day he sent Fallon Simpson to court with me. I wasn’t alone. They was very knowledgeable, and as I describe them, they were sharks. I got on it immediately. Everything was told to me how everything will be in for us. I wanted a bench trial, but they told me that they would think that I would benefit more from a jury trial. So a jury trial we did. Doing the jury trial, the state Attorney tried to make me seem like a monster and a manipulator, but JOSHUA and Fallon got up there and attacked and they represented me the correct way and I was found NOT GUILTY on all four charges. I knew during court seeing JOSHUA and Miss Fallon cross examine me cross, examined all witnesses for the state and for our defense that we had this in a bag I never seen two people who are dedicated to their job do it so awesomely like I was watching it through a TV screen. They was just so amazing. I cried to them because they got me my life back I’m a nurse and these charges has stop me from working providing for my children and I just knew that I had the best people for the job and they did not play lol I trust him with my life and they did not let me down so if anybody need an attorney, for anything for any needs these two individuals are the people to trust they are dedicated to the job. They make sure that they do what’s in the best interest of your clients and trust me and if wanted sharks you FOUND THEM!!

I’m so glad Falon took my case. She was great at handling all of my questions and preparing us for the best outcome. She is an awesome communicator and I felt confident in every step we had to take. In the end, we did receive the best outcome and I highly recommend Ms. Falon.

He & I worked closely together during the Jury selection emphasizing the importance of choosing those who could empathize the most with the case, evidence & the court's position. Although I felt more attention was needed on different elements of the multiple charges, the overall & final outcome was favorable; i.e.: We WON.!! I was most impress by the effort made for my case despite that my case was a Misdemeanor instead of the usual Felony cases they work. Post trial assistance was offered freely & openly for follow-up appeals providing additional closure to my case.!! Needing an atty. usually means something went wrong in life that should not be handled by oneself. You couldn't make a better choice then Elbaz & Stimpson. First I would like to say if you get in trouble and your low on funds but you want someone to fight for you like it’s their life choose this woman! She’s very patient, you can call her at anytime and cry tell her anything. She’s will always try her best to get you the best deal even bends over backwards for you ! My experience with Ms.Fallon was beyond great . She pulled strings she didn’t even know she had. She is very dedicated to her clients.
