Disclaimer: This review is based on my interactions prior to making a determination on retainment. I have been in an ongoing divorce/custody battle for over a year. Due to the handling by my previous legal representation, I terminated that attorney-client relationship. That is a very scary and anxiety filled decision to make. Those feelings DO NOT subside as you move forward with finding new counsel. You have a hard time trusting anyone else. However, I spoke to Ashley for a consult, and I have never had a better consult. And its not because she told me everything I wanted to hear. It's because I knew she was honest, professional, and the time she gave me was productive in knowledge sharing. She even did the consult at a time she didn't necessarily need to. I have not made a decision on who to hire at this time, only due to finances being tied up.
