I highly recommend Pepitone Family Law. Without getting too specific, I was involved in a very high conflict divorce and custody dispute, eventually requiring the appointment of a guardian ad litem. Mrs. Pepitone, Ms. Ally, Mr. John & Ms. Kimberly all provided a great deal of support both legally and personally— the final result; mediation in which my ex wife agreed to primary physical custody and final decision authority being granted to me for my three young children, kindergarten age and younger. If you are on the right side of things and looking for a competent team to go to bat for you; you’ve found it. Lastly, I do not post reviews or comments ever but I think this is important enough to share my experience. There is no incentive for this review aside from potentially helping someone in the future obtain sound council.

I was thrown into a divorce situation unexpectedly after discovering my ex-husband was hurting children. I was referred to Pepitone Family Law by another attorney that I spoke with. They were awesome and able to get me access to needed funds that my ex husband had removed from our joint accounts. My divorce was finalized in about 5 months. I definitely can’t thank Ashley and her team enough for making the process as smooth as possible.

No matter the circumstances, divorce is hard. In my case, it was extremely difficult, with young kids, finances, and course the emotions of it all. Having a good attorney to help guide you through this process is extremely important. Ashley and the entire team at Pepitone Family Law surpassed my expectations. They were able to help settle a chaotic process and make it so I could concentrate on the kids and my job while they handled the rest of it. I had a particularly difficult case with many unexpected twists and turns. Though it stressed me out, it did not phase Ashely and her team. Ashley is tough and seems to know how to handle anything that may come your way. At the same time, she is patient and kind, understanding that many of us didn't see this coming.
