We hired Robert Bexley to help us with setting up non-profit organization. He initially gave us a free consultation and explained to us what is expected from us and what we should expect from him. More importantly, he explained the timeline for multiple options that we were considering. That really helped us to narrow down our options and we started working on the applications and getting all the required documents. After we started the application process, there was timely and regular communication which included what to expect next and when to expect. Knowing that helped us to work on what we needed for the next step of the application process. We were very pleased with the service quality, professionalism, communication and timely response. I worked with Robert to form a small business with a partner. He advised us to start an LLC and helped us to apply for IRS and GA State corporate registrations, developed draft contracts, and consulted on liability issues for subcontractors. On a personal level, I contracted Robert to draft my will. Both times, he was very knowledgeable and responsive. I also appreciate his set fee structure, which is very reasonable and transparent. Mr. Bexley recently assisted not only myself but my aging parents in an estate plan. He even came to our home to meet with us as it is difficult for my parents to travel out.
