When a mother hears the words life without the possibility of parole your heart sinks and the tears begin to flow. A lot of times and I do mean a lot of times a public defender gets a bad rep for not caring for the client and not doing their best to make sure the defendant gets a fair and honest verdict. This is NOT the case with Mr. Scott Drake. Not only did he and Mr Pat work their hardest to ensure justice was severed they tolerated a mother who got on their nerves about her baby boy. Mr Drake told me how he could not have imagined working on this case without Mr Pat’s knowledge and help because it was heartbreaking in so many ways. The two of them cared how my son appeared in court and how even took time to make sure my son knew how much he was loved and supported even when he was not able to see his family. When I tell you how down to earth the two of them are as well as funny and straightforward it was a breath of fresh air. I didn’t understand a lot of the legal stuff but when I needed it explained in lament terms they did just that so I would really understand what was going on. Now they didn’t sugar coat anything with me and let me know it was going to be a hard fight but the fact that they didn’t give up and gave me their undivided attention was what I needed to get through this process. I don’t know about anyone else but loyalty is a big thing for me and my family I don’t care if it’s a traffic ticket I’m recommending Scott Drake and Mr Pat to anyone that may need assistance. From the bottom of my heart and from my son’s HIp Hop thank you for not giving up.

Scott Drake is the best lawyer ever. He promised me his best, and that’s what he gave me. He kept me out of prison. Dealt with a case in trial status for almost 4 years and I never missed a court date thanks to the amazing team and their communication. Definitely recommend 10/10.

First of all, don't even hesitate, retain Scott Drake. He is thee best lawyer in Gwinnett County. My story: Before this year, I had never known anyone that had spent any time in jail. This year 2 close friends were looking at long-term sentences in prison. It's an unbelievably frightening experience for everyone. Scott Drake along with his wife or two of the best attorneys I’ve ever used and I’ve used a lot . he filled me out when I was low money he did me favors that most lawyers wouldn’t do as far as helping someone out you know coming off the original cost. They usually charges he’ll talk them off. If youhave a problem can’t take care of. It’ll set up payment plans for you just a really good lawyer and he’s always there was supposed to be one call away and I couldn’t ask for nothing better thank you Scott.
