I highly recommend Shane to anybody seeking a defense attorney. Although my case took almost 3 years, Shane continuously kept me informed and remained persistent and confident that we would reach a desired outcome, and we did! Terrible lower doesn’t fight for his clients.. the worst.. he doesn’t get good results

Had a nightmare trying to get this handled from other lawyers. Phillip handled my case with an efficiency and quickness that was impressive and not found elsewhere.

Shane is an excellent and competent attorney. I hope to never need a criminal defense attorney again, but Shane would be my first call if I did need one. I was charged with three counts of DUI, open container, and failure to obey a traffic signal device. Due to specific facts of my case and my willingness to reject a plea deal and go for trial, my charges were dismissed a week prior to when we were scheduled for a jury trial. When I was resolute in rejecting the DA's plea deal and ready to go to trial, Shane was willing to fight all the way through. Additionally, Shane was always readily available to answer questions about the case. He would almost always pick up on the first call or call me back that day, and he was also very responsive via text message.
