Never called when they were not going to make an appointment. I had to call around to find out why they were overdue. Their after hours service representative, acted like it was no big deal. That they made several mistakes on their end and missing the appointment was no concern to them. Non-professionalism is clearly what this firm is about. Absolutely sub-standard and I would not do any business with this firm that I actually cared about getting done. Dealings like this makes me wonder how do people have jobs?
