In a wreck...Get a check!

My wife and I hired Mrs. Leitria Maxwell with this firm and she was nothing but professional, helpful, and kept is up to date and won our case. This was a real help and like a breath of fresh air after we had to fire another attorney for unprofessional behavior. I would highly recommend this Maxwell if you need a professional attorney to handle your case! My wife and I are very grateful for her and the years of experience that she brought to our case. I want the start by saying that i met Forest B. Johnson during an accident that he himself had been in he refferred me to his office when i told him about an accident i was just in the day before. Trusting him, i decided to contact his office the next day. From that day forward things were terrible. Communication was HORRIBLE. I informed them that i had never dealt with this so i would like to be updated on what is happening with my case every two weeks, NOPE! They NEVER did it. They NEVER called me first and only sent me one email per MY request. After being so shocked that they were this unprofessional, i began to request to speak with Mr.Johnson several times, that NEVER happened. They would tell me that they would leave the message for him but instead i would get a call from my paralegal not giving me any answers. They randomly removed themselves from my case without updating me by phone or mail. Instead, i received a call from my chiropractor who was very confused on why they had received a letter stating that Forest B. Johnson was no longer representing me and i was completed cluess. Later to find out that they had actually sent the letter to my grandmothers house, which was not even listed as my mailing address but only the address on my license. I must say that this was a terrible experience and i was very disappointed to know that Forest B. Johnson and associates worked so unprofessionally since i had met Mr.Johnson himself and he seemed very professional. Again, i wouldn’t refer anyway to them. I begged to be updated and still was never updated. Terrible experience.

Unfortunately, my review of the firm is not good. On two separate occasions I have contacted this firm, once in 2013 to ask questions to see if I had a case, it is now 2017 and no one has called me back yet! (Macon location). Then I was in an automobile accident and I was referred to an attorney from their Atlanta location, however I didn't know this attorney was with Forest B Johnson until someone from the Macon location came to my house for the Atlanta attorney. But I was assured by the person that referred this particular attorney that he was a very good attorney, so trusting my friend I went through with it, that was May 2016 and I released them May 2017 and hired Mike Hostilo and I am very happy with them. So needless to say I will not ever do business with Forest B. Johnson nor will I refer his firm to anyone. I could go into detail about all the things that took place but, anyone reading this review gets the picture.
