Mr Bushway and Ms. Waystack are amazing! They are complete beasts in the courtroom. I had the pleasure of both of them working on my case and I was blown away. Ive never had any criminal charges until now. They helped me understand my case, the process, and never left me in the dark. The entire time, I knew they had my back. They are not professional at all.You barely can speak to bushway I’ve only spoken with him one time since he’s been representing our case .He has been representing us for bout a month and I’m now trying to withdrawal and get money back it’s been a week and a half and they giving me the run arounds .So I called this morning and I asked if I could speak she said he’s not in like always and I asked his secretary did she speak with him she said yes and then I said what did he say about the withdrawal she said we no longer represent you so I asked well could you at least tell me about the withdrawal I mean it is my money then she said we no longer represent you that’s all she said to me .I feel like she could’ve at least told me something even if they were no longer represent us that’s where our refund is coming from .

I can’t even begin to express the wonderful experience I had with Mr. Bushway and his office. I felt welcomed not only by him, but his staff as well. They were always responsive in a timely manner. He took the time to review every stitch of paper work of my brothers record and he also was available to answer any questions. His price was reasonable and well worth every dollar spent. I would highly recommend him. He was personable and to me that made a huge impact. He was honest and trustworthy to the very end.There was never any surprises. Unfortunately, I have hired several attorneys over the years and ones like him are few and far between. If you choose him you will not be disappointed!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this firm. The staff is helpful and professional. Here’s my story.... After discovering my beloved husband and best friend were having an affair I consulted with Keagan Waystack’s firm to file for divorce. After sending a web- based email, Ms Waystack reached out to me personally on the same day...I think my email reached her on a personal level. After hiring her, she and her associate, Mary Graul went to work on my case and the rest is the beginning of what has become the start of a new a wonderful life. Although my case was contested, we did not have to go to court. My ex folded like a cheap lawn chair when Keagan met with him and laid out our case and his options (apparently he was unaware that adultery was illegal). Mr. Bushway and his paralegal Emily were the best decision I could of ever made when hiring a Attorney especially with me not being from the area and not knowing much so hiring the perfect one was very important especially with my case due to how serious my charges are.The very first time speaking to Mr. Bushway and Emily they were very friendly and Professional like I could immediately feel they cared about me and they want the best outcome for my case which is important because I’m a nursing student and a mom of two daughters. My retainer fee was very reasonable compared to other attorneys who priced my case and even though I feel there worth thousands of more then what I paid because the quality service they provide along with there knowledge inside the courtrooms , judges, prosecutors Mr. Bushway and his team is priceless. I suffer from extreme anxiety and I’m always over obsessing my case and every time I call there is always someone there to comfort my emotions. 9 times out of 10 when I call I speak to someone I never have to leave messages or anything. They have literally held my hand through the whole process which makes me feel safe and confident. I get tears in my eyes because I can’t express how much this law firm has helped me and even with Mr. Bushway being a former prosecutor and having experience on the other side of the courtroom I can tell you this much I have not made the best choices and have had a huge eye opener and I’m sure I’ll make small mistakes on down the road where I won’t need a criminal defense lawyer but one thing I can say I’ve never felt judged by them and a situation like mine I definitely could be judged by people but they actually see the good in me and when your lawyer sees the good in people rather then there background or charges is definitely the people you want fighting for your innocence and for the best outcome. I’m not a criminal on there court docket but I’m client and treated as if i was family.

Retaining Mr. Bushway was one of the best decisions I could’ve made for my case. He, along with his assistant Emily, worked hard to successfully guide me throughout the process that acquired the best possible outcome. They were attentive to every detail. They kept me informed during the case and helped to make a seemingly overwhelming situation as least stressful as possible. I would highly recommend their office for any legal needs that you may have!

Does not return phone calls after you pay $5,000 for a retainer. Was highly recommended by a friend and as soon as the money was paid he was done. Has his receptionist lie for him. Even a few days before court he will not return any of your calls no matter how many times you call him. He is a waste of your money and does nothing to help you. He gets you to get all the paperwork that he needs very unprofessional and rude he is a rude man
