This guy is nothing but a loudmouth. He is trying to become a judge but it appears that the county does not want anything to do with him. If you want to be heard then do not go to him. You are expected to listen when its your case at issue.

I am more than pleased with how Mr. Hicks handled my custody case. He is very professional, educated, and honest. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney who will fight until the end, he is completely worth it.

This was my first encounter with an attorney as a client. I must say I was amazed with my outcome. Attorney Hicks was straightforward with me about my pending charges and a guilty veridit. My case lasted about 7 months and Attorney Hicks kept me informed throughout the case. He was also available for my questions and concerns, even after business hours. Two charges were dismissed completely and my DUI was reduced to a reckless driving. Needless, to say I HIGHLY recommend him.
