Mr. Smith is an phenomenal man and exceptional at what he does!!! He is an expert in his field of practice. He and his staff have treated me with the upmost respect and made me feel at ease and informed during the entire process! Update since my last review. Apparently I spoke too soon by providing negative feedback but patience isn’t a strong trait of mine. Mr Ricks definitely came through and helped my wife with her lawsuit. While things take time he was very responsive and ultimately achieved an acceptable settlement. Thanks so much!!
