“I called multiple times trying to get somebody on the phone nobody answered. I reached out on an email that was on the letter I received. someone contacted me via email and stated the amount that I owed which I responded with proof of the amount being paid and the correct amount that I actually owe. I responded to the email that was sent to me and now none of my emails will go through.”
