Shelley Davidson is an outstanding disability lawyer who I highly recommend. She successfully won my SSDI case on the first attempt. Shelley is extremely knowledgeable about SSDI information and guidelines, and she kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. Her expertise and dedication made a significant difference in my case. Thank you, Shelley, for your excellent service!

I contacted Attorney Shelley Davidson, with Westmoreland Patterson Moseley & Hinson for help with a Social Security Benefits claim. Shelley’s demeanor was always calm and collected even when the case seemed impossible. My case was filed over ten (10) years ago and Shelley never gave up. She is a fighter. She knows the law and isn’t afraid to stand strong and steadfast. A great many attorneys would have given up a long time ago. Not Shelley! My case was tried in Federal Court. She won both times. Shelley finally helped me prevail with my claim in January 2020. She stood with me for over 10 years. I thank her for that. If you need a great attorney that will tell you the truth and stand up for you. There is none better than Shelley Davidson Esq.

Shelley worked on my case until I won my disability. She helped me with any questions that I had, and gave me real advice to help me along the way. Lord knows the government is fast, but she made my experience a pleasant one.

I was referred to this attorney by the Grady Health System at a time when there was a serious backlog of Social Security claims. Social Security Administration has informed me that they made my legal representative aware that I was scheduled to go before an Administrative Law Judge. My attorney never informed me, thus I did not show. This oversight and disregard for me has seriously altered my life. I finally got my disability without an attorney about 7 months after she closed my case. When you make mistakes, be adult enough to admit it. I may never recover financially from this oversight!!!!
