Feel free to contact me. I was a liability adjuster injured in an accident not my fault. No contact with clients. No updates on status. Genuinely don't bother going to them unless you plan on just giving them free money from your big settlement. They don't want intelligent clients. Notice all her reviews of 5 stars are within a month of so of mine, and almost none otherwise. Highly likely that the reviews without any comments are just friends and biased to her anyway. However, as a Google Guide, mine sort of rise to the top. This was not a good experience, and I would not recommend her firm based on my experience. *** EDIT: Mrs. McArthur called me herself to apologize. Initially, I thought, that must take a lot of care and concern. She sent a Christmas card with an apology and a 25$ gift card to go out to eat at Outback/Carrabba's/etc. I'm also being called by another attorney friend of hers who recommended I go to her firm because he's a friend of hers. In short, she and other local attorneys are trying to make me feel like they care about me being mistreated by her firm. Today, 2/13/18, at approximately 11:00 am, Kathy called and asked me to remove this review, since it's not a 5. She had convinced me to change it from a 1 to a 4 star rating based on her actions previously. Now, it's pretty obvious I was being bribed to change things, and being duped by a skilled attorney to think that she cared. This is a 1 star firm that provides 1 star service, and has the ethics and integrity to show it too apparently. Snakes.

He's the best!! Bob was willing to do the leg work and find me another lawyer from my home town, for a custody battle he even went as far as calling and setting up my appointments. Bob said a lawyer from that town would know his way around the local court's better, and be cheaper. My kid is now 25yrs old and going to school to be a teacher. Thanks Bob for everything Jay Campbell
