Dawn helped us with estate planning and was very helpful with the entire process.

Why do some of us procrastinate when initiating a will and trust? If you are like me, there are lots of good intentions and a lot more laziness! Not to mention the unknown! If any of the aforementioned sounds familiar, you should contact Dawn Levine. From the first meeting onward, she was a professional wrapped in kindness. Always understanding, never condescending. Her wealth of understanding of the law and current updates is immeasurable. I met with her three times and was made to feel that I was her priority. And if all of that was not enough, her quick humor leveled the field and made the whole experience human. Highly recommend Dawn and her competent staff! I am confident that my end of life is in order.

Ok so in November of 2018 my grandmother passed away and left a will over the estate. The two executors over the will was loud and verbal about how they wanted nothing to do with the will or the estate or anything that involves the death of my grandmother cause of the problems they themselves were facing in there personal life’s, then six months later one of the executors passed away which was my grandmothers sister and now it’s 07/28/2021 still to this day nothing done about the inheritance that is legally part mine, and it’s been lived in since her passing, by my uncle who is in the will as well but says this and that ect. Ect. Constantly saying it’s being probated and all of the above but he told me that almost three years ago and when I called the clears of courts it’s been told that it hasn’t been probated which is the first thing that needs to be done and it hasn’t been. I have been really patient but as far as funds go to hire a lawyer to represent me, I haven’t been able to do so,, due to a new baby and my wife and I just geting our self’s founded and we live paycheck to paycheck. I just spoke to my uncle today and was told the same thing and I’m just feeling he is putting me off by saying anything to stop me from questioning him now I am able to afford a attorney to represent myself in this dire matter!!! WHAT SHOULD I DO????

We use Dawn for my Mother's Will, Power of Attorney, and Medical Directive. She helped us to create the original documents several years ago, and we recently went back to fine-tune the documents. She is patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Everything is explained in terms we can understand. Highly recommended.

Amanda Riedling has given me excellent advise in deciding whether to have a Will or a Trust. She also helped to close out an Estate I was an Executor for. I highly recommend using this firm for estate planning or help in closing out an estate.

I was given Dawn Levine’s name after my brother passed away suddenly in 2020 and we found that we had to do “probate!” With Covid restrictions in place, she graciously squeezed us in on a phone call and we hired her. Her associate, Chelsey Boatman Haun is who we communicated with after the initial phone call. My brother lived over 1100 miles away from us and we had no idea how to go about anything! Between them (and a very good neighbor) we were able to fill out they myriad of forms for my younger brother and I, and the court system that also was affected by Covid rules and take care of business. I especially am thankful for Chelsey communicating with me and answering so many of my questions via email. Email gave me time to read and re-read so I could understand and process better. She explained everything so clearly it made it easy for me to do what I need to do. My role of Executor is finally over and I thank Chelsey and the team for all their hard work for the last year and half!
