So I went to talk with them because they specifically state that there have payment plans available. The lady I spoke to was very hostile and rude and turns out that the letter they sent was in fact false advertising due to they only offer payment plans on a specific case basis. Me and my wife are in the army and we do not feel that the staff working for Mr. Nash are respectful or understanding in anyway. I’d stay clear of this office.

Poor Lawyer . He sent a letter in the mail asking to represent a family member. We try to let him represent and his phone goes to voicemail everytime . Also I leave voicemails after every call asking him to call back when he gets some free time . Tried to give him the benefit of doubt thinking he would be in court . He’s still fail to respond or get back in touch .

Incompetent Law Offices at it's finest. They specialize in having you to take a plea. These folks sent me unsolicited advertisements to my home address, i called the number and had to give all my info just so someone would call me back 3 days later. I got a call from some incompetent lady who did not know the law and did not know that Georgia is not a stop and ID state. Saying to me when a police officer as for your ID you have to give it to them. Save your money they do not know the law.
