Sam did great job winning my traffic ticket case. He was very organized, efficient and helpful. His staff was also friendly and handled items promptly, I would highly recommend.

Office structure was old, and dirty. There's not much privacy and his prices are outrageous. The case we had without an attorney was much more complicated and serious but we come out much better in that case that the deal we got having him represent us. The staff that came to the courthouse on both occasions was very late and kept the judge waiting.

Hired Mr. Nash to handle a traffic ticket received after a minor accident. He responded quickly to all questions via email or phone and took my case even though I contacted him only a few days prior to my court date. He charged a fair fee for his services and got the charge reduced as hoped, and to top it all off, I didn't have to show up at court which is worth the fee right there!

When your entire livelihood is at risk you want a lawyer that will defend you to the best of their abilities and get you out of the terrible predicament. Melvin Nash is only about himself and about the check he gets from his defendants. He does not, I repeat does not, care about you otherwise. I should have gone with my first instinct when I met him to discuss my very important case. I felt that he looked down upon me because I was black and didn't give me enough of his effort. I don't want to say he's racist because I don't like using that word. But I can say that he wasn't really willing to give my case as much effort as he was giving other cases with white defendants.
