DISCLAIMER/EDIT: It's important to note that I received multiple phone calls and emails requesting this review, and would not have written anything otherwise. Also, is it not is absolutely wild for a law office to reply to a Google review (that they requested) and write out your alleged crimes in their response? I'm no lawyer, but that seems highly unprofessional to me, especially since these charges were dropped. Prior to seeing this response, my review had 3 stars. I'm sure these attorneys would have been great! But, unfortunately for me I paid 8k to retain them upon receiving a grand jury indictment only for my case to get dropped less than three weeks later for insufficient evidence. No one at Frye Law Group did anything to make this happen, we had not even spoken yet beyond my free consultation and the free gifts of a branded umbrella and bottle opener keychain that I was mailed. I do not live in Georgia, but I have friends that are lawyers in various other states, and they all urged me that a grand jury indictment meant that now was the time hire an attorney because that means the prosecutor was definitely moving forward with the case. The documents I signed clearly stated that I wouldn't get refunded for any reason, and I was more than willing to pay the $8000 I paid for what seems like solid representation. But Lord, I wish I someone had told me that I should wait. Until this point in my life I had never even had $8000, let alone spent it all at once on an umbrella. Again, I'm sure these attorneys are great, but I would highly recommend making sure you really absolutely 100% need representation before hiring anyone to represent you unless you're life savings is significantly larger than the non-refundable retainer fee.

This is my second time using the Frye law group for a legal issue. And just like the first time, all I can say is they exceeded my expectations. This time around I needed to get a misdemeanor from my reckless teenage days sealed under a new Georgia statute. Not only was she able to get it sealed, but I never even had to appear in front of a judge. And this was all done within 2 months! Significantly faster then what anyone else in the market advertises. My advice? If you need legal counsel/ representation, Call the Frye law group. Kim truly does care and fights for her clients to have a better life.

I called to get a 2nd opinion on a DUI case that my son has already retained a different attorney for. Kim agreed to consult with us for an hour via Zoom call for a fee of $250. She was very direct about his situation, no sugar-coating. She didn't tell us what he "wanted" to hear, she told us the cold, hard reality. This was good for him to hear, despite the tough news. She was very professional in her approach and manner.

Frye law group is very dependable. They work very hard to take care of their clients. They are also very transparent with any information. Highly recommend.

If you need a lawyer to get it done Frye Law Group is the GO! I wish I would have known about them before spending money on other law groups. Very straightforward, no beating around the bush, advocate for clients needs.
