Mr. Holloway recently represented me in a case with several serious tickets. He was able to get a great reduction on all tickets. I could have paid up to $3,000 but all tickets were reduced to $275. I was very impressed with his professionalism and efficiency.

Mr. Holloway has helped a dear friend with a DUI. My case was a different DUI that had many different variables. I found his guidance and direction in our first meet to be just what I wanted, someone that was proactive in helping me. Upon a family member receiving their first DUI in January 2013, I called around to some friends in search of a great attorney and Mr. Philip Holloway was recommended to me, through a friend of a friend. Once I received his name I did some quick and simple due diligence work by looking him up on Avvo and Google. It turned out that he had good, solid reviews, but truth be told they simply didn’t measure up to how truly good Mr. Holloway turned out to be. As a person of Godly faith, prior to calling Mr. Holloway I said a prayer and afterward I moved forward with the call. I explained to him the situation, and that the matter at hand required immediate attention because we were dealing with a military member who was currently in jail, but had to report to duty within 24 hours. Mr. Holloway, being a former military man understood the sense of urgency and he saw me immediately. During the course of my visit he made a call to the jail and within 8 hours or less my family member was not only released, he even had his driver’s license returned to him so he could drive to his place of duty! That was just the first step of this journey. About a week later we met with Mr. Holloway to begin planning the defense. At this meeting Mr. Holloway made it perfectly clear that he would be in no rush to settle this matter because his ultimate goal was have the most successful outcome as possible considering all the evidence. From there we did everything that Mr. Holloway suggested in a timely manner, we even hired a private investigator that he suggested, which in fact helped to strengthen our case. Days went by and turned into weeks, weeks turned into months, and months turned into over a year, with our hearing dates constantly being postponed. Throughout this time Mr. Holloway was patient, diligent and calculating. We on the other hand were the complete opposite of patient; after about 9 months we just wanted it all to go away. However, Mr. Holloway reassured us to just hold on. He wasn’t happy at all with what the prosecutor was offering. They wanted to throw the book at our family member, meaning no reduction at all, jail time, loss of license, and reporting probation. They weren’t willing to budge and we couldn’t believe it. Especially since this was our family member’s first DUI, with no accidents or injuries and no criminal record. Needless to say, we listened to his sage advice, exhausted, we held on, and OMG are we ever glad that we did! On November 4th, 2014 almost 2 years later our case was finally heard and Mr. Holloway did what he does best, he got the DUI reduced to reckless driving, there was no suspension of license, only 11 months of NONE reporting probation and our family member was able to plea Nolo Contendere, so no points went against his license! Incredible and blessed is all I can say. So if you are looking for an honest, ethical, hardworking and sincerely dedicated attorney then do yourself a favor and hire Mr. Philip Holloway. He will give you 110% of himself.

In April of this year I found myself, unfortunately, in need of Mr.Holloway's professional services: my experience with him and his Team was nothing short of outstanding. I interviewed four different attorneys in the Greater Atlanta Area before making a decision on who I wanted to represent me, and he was the clear choice. GREAT ATTORNEY Hardworking, Dependable, Reliable & Honest. Phil, took care of 2 complaints the cult my daughter was in coerced her to issue in order to isolate her from a loving family. Extraordinary bad circumstances we never expected to experience and worst. I needed Phillip skills and knowledge to fight for me and remove those complaints. Philip did just that.
