I am a Police Lieutenant and was a pedestrian hit by a vehicle in 2013 and choose an attorney from one of those TV commercials!! Worst mistake of my life!!! It was a horrible experience which left me feeling defeated emotionally and physically. Recently I suffered another injury on a slip and fall and I called Attorney Bobby Johnson who came highly recommended by local attorney’s. This experience was extremely different than my last one. Bobby was extremely concerned about me and my injuries FIRST! !!! That was his priority!!! He kept in touch with me during my medical treatments and surgery. We highly recommend Johnson and Alday law firm. Attorney Johnson helped us get our Ford truck back after it was stolen on Easter Sunday from our home. Our insurance company and the police told us that it would probably be sold for parts and it was highly unlikey we would get it back in one piece. We settled with our insurance company for half of its' value and thought this was our only option. However, after 30 days, we received a call from police that our truck was found in great shape in an apartment complex and we were thrilled. We called our insurance company and they told us the title was already processed and we could not get the truck title back. We tried negotiating with our insurance company to no avail until Attorney Johnson got involved. He was able to get our truck title and truck back from the insurance company saving us thousands of dollars. We are so grateful for the professionalism, knowledge, and integrity of this firm. Highly recommend!

Mr. Levine had my DUI reduced to reckless driving and had the conditions of my probation changed so that my probation is over after I finish the requirements. I had a great experience with him and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a DUI attorney.

I was arrested for a DUI and accused of refusing the breath test. Alan first negotiated a dismissal of the police officer’s petition to have my driver’s license suspended. Then, he persuaded both the police officer and the prosecutor to agree to a reduction on my DUI charge. Alan kept me informed of what was going on during the whole process and did great work getting my case resolved. I highly recommend hiring him if you are in legal trouble.
