I was arrested for DUI Less Safe, following too closely, and inoperable break light prior to COVID 19 crisis. I contacted Alan after researching lawyers who could help me in this case. He jumped at the case and was deeply invested in me and my situation. I am a US Soldier with a Secret clearance and a DUI conviction would devastate my military career. I was slotted for my first mobilization after I completed my undergrad degree and I did not want to take pending cases with me through my military career. He he had to raise my case through judicial chains to be able to negotiate. He did not take the initial charges and settle at the lowest level. He had no problem pursuing the best possible outcome of the case and doing all he could to make sure that I was taken care of. He worked through the case in my absence due to my deployment to get me a great outcome. He advised me on what would help me with the case. After I completed his recommendations he had no problems negotiating the case and settling at more favorable circumstances. I really appreciate all the hard work he put into this case in my absence through the pandemic to get me a great outcome. I am thankful for his services and would recommend him to anyone.

I was arrested for a DUI and accused of refusing the breath test. Alan first negotiated a dismissal of the police officer’s petition to have my driver’s license suspended. Then, he persuaded both the police officer and the prosecutor to agree to a reduction on my DUI charge. Alan kept me informed of what was going on during the whole process and did great work getting my case resolved. I highly recommend hiring him if you are in legal trouble.

To protect our rights as citizens and to hold everyone to the same standard no matter of class, race, sex, religion, or creed. My son was facing some very serious charges and Alan fought to get the charges reduced and did not persuade my son to take a plea deal that would’ve kept him in and out of the system. He was personable, patient, and relatable. I had no doubt that he would fight hard for my son. When a parent can trust someone with the fate of their child’s future that says a lot about that person. Alan jumped in to help my wife and me 3 years ago when we needed last minute help on a case where the attorney we hired couldn't make it to court. He was great.
