David was able to take my multiple charges and have them tried all in one case. This allowed us to go before the court and be tried on a first offender basis. This took what could have been an 11 year probation sentence with multiple fines down to just three years of probation and some drug and alcohol classes, after which (because of first offender status) my charges will be expunged and no employers or government entities will be able to see these charges on my record. David definitely worked some magic for me and I'm sure he can and will get you the best result possible based on your case. He was very professional and even kind. He spoke to me as a human and not a payday and made certain I understood the case AND the expected outcome before we even saw the judge. I can absolutely recommend his services!

I just had some quick questions about a case, and the staff there was super helpful! I spoke to a paralegal who was really friendly and knowledgeable. She answered my questions, and pointed me in the right direction for more information. This level of care and professionalism is so rare in this field, and I would recommend their office to anyone needing their services!

He’s a FRAUD!!! First he took almost 10,000 and didn’t do ANYTHING!! Never wanted to talk with my boyfriend about his case. Which he was suppose to helping him with an appeal for aggravated assault! Never came and seen him nor heard his side of the story. Always wanted to talk with him otp. Never wanted to hear anything from him. Once the appeal was denied we had to pay him more money for him to do anything or file anything with the courts. David was very unprofessional !!! If you knew you didn’t have time for him or the case why even take his money!!! You right we didn’t pay anymore money! For what? When you didn’t show us anything worth paying for!!! Maybe he can help someone else just be mindful

The only books in this law office were COMIC BOOKS. Do not. I repeat do not let this man steal from you. I learned the hard way. He'll not take your calls and he'll withdraw and leave you hanging.

Throughout the process I was very afraid, facing charges that hold up to 20 years. Though Mr.West made no promises, he over delivered by first getting me a favorable bond which was unlikely. He then went on to get me probation instead of jail time with the chance to get my record expunged. I am overjoyed to say I picked the right lawyer.

I used this service for court which was ok. My issue is my account was sent to collections without my knowledge. I was laid off and resumed working within 2 months. I communicated to David West and Associates that I was laid off and tried to keep the payments up and unfortunately my unemployment stopped and couldn't afford the payments until I resumed work. I communicated this to Erin the paralegal and was told if I continued to communicate nothing negative would happen with my account. After, calling to inform that I would be resuming payments, I was asked when I would start the payments. I called back due to checking the invoices. They started they were already paid. Knowing that I had not paid them I called back immediately. I was informed by the secretary my account was in collections. Long story short, I was told there is nothing I can do and I cannot speak with Erin again. I am completely disheartened I trusted these people. This is completely egregious. Did you not read my review?? I communicated what was happening monetarily in my life at the moment to which I was told by Erin as long as I communicate everything will be ok. Where in that statement did I state a refusal to pay?? So yes, I am going to give a negative reply. Especially now bc you're trying to paint me as a deviant instead of someone who needed help. So, if you sent my account to collections why am I still receiving invoices to pay your company? I called Thursday May 16th 2024 to inform that I returned to work and I would be resuming payments. You didn't even have the decency to contact me to inform me of the account being sent to collections. There was a double standard here. My phone was off bc I couldn't afford the bill, I had given my partners and mothers number to contact. I have not received 1 phone call before I made a negative review. Please miss me with the inconsistencies and the attempt to paint me as the issue.

David and his staff did a great job and were able to successfully accomplish our goal.
