If I could give this law office a negative -100 stars I would. This man is a con artist of an attorney. I was shot by a police officer, and was luckily brought back to life. I was charged with crimes in this incident as well. I hired David west based off of the recommendations of a doctor I did a job for. I paid 33% of the cost up front. After our first two emails, David west stop communicating with me. For over 4 months he responded to none of my calls or emails. Over 4 months after hiring him, and calling his office with a request for a refund, he responded. At this point, I had no faith in his word or service. No call, no show, no job. Especially 4 months later. He determined he owed me nothing and kept my money. This attorney did not one thing for my case and I have to appeal to the state bar for my money back. While still trying to fight the police for shooting me. Attached is a photo of his response received at the very email he claimed not to be receiving my emails from. Most importantly, the requests for payment continued to come to this same email. However, he responded to none of my questions about my case, again, for 4 months. Do not hire this man!!!!

This man right here has a Great staff of women , they answer the phone very professionally, knowledged of your case as well as makes sure Mr. West gets your messages when he isn't in office . Mr. West is a Warrior when it comes to defending your case . He helped my daughter get out of something criminal that could had been very devastating for her life but with him a better outcome was presented and for that I give him 10 stars 🌟 Thanks David for all you and your staff of women did for my girl 👏 🙌

My experience overall was very good. I would rate David West and Associates a 4.5 star but there is no 4.5 star so I give them a 5 star. They sincerely did the best job for me they possibly could . They treated me like a human being instead of just a number. They cared about me and my case as if I was family. I will admit ..I think it’s always a good idea to check in with them regularly and have good communication between everyone at David West and Associates. I would definitely recommend them

David west is one of the best lawyers in Cobb County. The service I received was above and beyond my expectations, my phone call were always answered with a friendly voice and the paralegals had answers to my questions David always returned my call I felt like he was always in control of the situation. If you have ever been in trouble you know how much it means when you feel like your representation is in control and has your best interest at heart ❤️. I was in a lot of trouble and he really saved me. I would most definitely recommend David to my family or any friends that happen to get in trouble in the state of Georgia.

Put in an online request the day after Christmas. Within 15 minutes Mr. West personally called me at about 6:00 at night. Talked about case and how he could help. Very empathic, sympathetic and comforting. Going to pay him tomorrow to get this going with PEACE OF MIND!!! Thank you Mr. West!!!
