David was professional, poised and confident every step of the process. The case was dismissed and I believe the prosecution would not have made this offer without David's remarks to the judge that we was ready to go to trial.

David West will compromises your case. After meeting with Mr. West and advising him of my intention to sue my employer for false accusations and arrest, he advised me that he would get the criminal charges drop first then sue. After collecting my money for his services and playing phone tag with Mr. West and staff, two years later he advised me that he’s not a civil attorney and the statute of limitation to sue the state had past. After I was indicted Mr. West advised me to take a plea deal of a crime I did not commit. Mr. West stated the prosecutor had 100 pages of evidence against me, after I examined the discovery, it was full of unrelated material. I then fired Mr. West, went to trial with a recent graduate of Law School, Devin Rafus, and was exonerated of all charges in 30 minutes by jury.. Do Not Hire David West & Associates. I need my money back.

David West helped my son in person on several occasions through the court process. He guided him in the decision making processes and defended him well for both cases. The results were in my sons favor both times. Very pleased with he and his staff's professionalism and guidance.

I retained Mr. West in October of 2022 for a probation sentence modification in Cobb County where I had been mandated to rehab and left 2 months early, his team immediately filled my request for my re sentencing to allow me to complete the remainder of my rehab in after care. They quickly got me a court date, and then 2 days before I was to appear in court they called with the news that the order had been signed with a more than favorable outcome and I need not appear. I truly believe that if I had used Mr. West when my case was originally sentenced I would have had a much better outcome from the beginning. I am also super thankful for the fact that through this whole process when speaking to Mr. West he never gave me false hope, he pretty much told me to prepare for the worst but that we were shooting for the exact outcome that I ended up getting. I highly highly recommend Mr. West and his team. I hope I never have to use them again, but should I find myself in legal trouble in the future they will be my first call. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
