Handled my custody modification and contempt case in the most professional and empathetic manner! Highly recommend Tori White and her firm for any divorce, custody, or other family law case!

I recommend you request a different guardian, if possible. Based on experience, I have found that this guardian lacks professionalism as she fails to thoroughly research cases and instead bases her decisions solely on personal biases.

PLEASE! if you get her as your guardian ad litem please request a new one! You will loose custody of your child because she is extremely bias and doesn’t have the best interest of the child. She doesn’t look at the facts, she goes off her personal feelings. She will let a criminal get custody of your child before a sane individual that has never gotten in trouble. I am currently reporting her for being bias. Please request a new lawyer never use her!

She is the worst attorney iv seen! She hated me from the get go my narcissist ex husband gain primary custody of my children and I loss everything in my nasty divorce! Haven't seen my children in almost two years now! My youngest daughter's life has been destroyed by her father her education is destroyed because he cares about his social life more than our children! I was threatened with contempt of court if I didn't give my ex husband primary custody so as a result both my children have suffered for being where they are! DO NOT HIRE HER IF SHE IS ASSIGNED TO YOUR CASE FIGHT FOR ANOTHER ATTORNEY! BECAUSE OF HER I AM SLOWLY D.Y.I.N.G FROM DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY!

I originally rated a 1 due to the fact that Tori needs to fully investigate as a guardian ad litem. It has nothing to do with disagreeing or things getting messy. I was shocked when I originally rated on here 4-5 months ago and read all the prior reviews from the last 12 months, because all but one gentleman’s aligned to my experience since January 2023. It’s interesting that Tori is just now replying to the many posts from a year ago that obviously felt the same as I do, then how suddenly in the last 2 weeks several 5 star reviews are given in the same day or within days apart. GALs are intended to consider the child's physical safety and welfare, mental and physical health of all the individuals involved, evidence of domestic violence, and other factors in determining issues such as custody, treatment plans, and visitation. My experience definitely demonstrated a consistent bias and the investigation appeared to be one sided by having long hours conversations with my ex. and not fully investigating or acknowledging all the evidence. Also, the timeline of events that lead up to the final recommendations. A guardian is empowered to investigate the entire background, living conditions, family relationships, and any matters related in order to make a recommendation to the court as to what would be in the best interests of the child as to placement, visitation, and other matters ruled upon by the court. All the evidence was NOT considered. Tori continuously made unprofessional, sarcastic comments. She did not take all evidence into consideration or fully investigate. I would highly recommend a different guardian ad litem and if you are assigned her to your case like my experience, I would ask for another guardian to ensure a full investigation is performed and for protection of your minor child/children and the family. I hope all the cases going forward are taken seriously and a full investigation is provided prior to any recommendations.

If she’s assigned as guardian on your case ask for another one if possible. She’s very bias tells a lot of lies not based on facts makes up things to get your children taken away. Does not do her due diligence in finding out the facts of the case. Discriminates against people who share different religious and spiritual beliefs than herself. She’ll smile in your face then stab you in the back does not care about what’s in the best interest of the child only cares about the client that’s paying her the money. I would give zero stars if I could

Tori recently mediated my custody settlement and I found her to be incredibly fair, knowledgeable, realistic and understanding of both side's perspectives. She also had a very compassionate demeanor and was respectful of the sensitive nature of the issue. I would definitely recommend Tori to anyone looking to settle a custody dispute amicably and fairly.
