Diane worked tirelessly to get an improbable situation to work out in our favor. We were seeking third party custody against a parent. Every attorney we talked to told us it wouldn't happen, but a few relented and named Diane as someone that might be able to help. Her name came up consistently and respectfully among her peers. Diane's advice was invaluable. She combed through the details of the case, worked though the weekend to prepare us for the hearing, and performed confidently in front of the judge and opposing counsel. Many surprises were thrown our way, but we received a quicker than expected and more favorable than expected outcome. My family is very grateful to Diane and staff. I cannot thank her enough.

Would give more stars if I could When I called Diane I was lost, scared, and feeling completely helpless. I, a working dad, my ex, a stay at home mom in Cherokee County... 6 months later... I have primary custody and go to bed every night smiling at how favorable the financial agreement is. Diane gave me so much more than just legal counsel, she truly cares. Diane Cherry answered the phone when I called her office and that is definitely a rarity. She listened and showed a great deal of attention to my concerns as if I was already a client. Her level of professionalism stood out to me and it was more attention than what I received from my now ex - representation. Although I did not retain the Cherry Law Firm, it was for my own personal reasons. Nothing at all to do with Diane.

Very attentive attorney and staff

I never thought I would be going through a divorce at my age, and someone recommend Diane Cherry. Diane and her whole staff are amazing. They're the most efficient group of people that I have ever worked with. Every time I emailed or called I would get an immediate response. They would tell me that they would get me whatever info in a day or so, and within hours I would have all the paperwork for my review. If there was to be any changes, It would be corrected within minutes. They blew the opposing attorney out of the water, even though I was the defendant, my paperwork was always completed and filed first. I would highly recommend the Cherry Law Firm to anyone that needs legal help.
