These last few years in have been dealing with hostage situation in the form of my Ex wife who choose to leave our marital home with our child. My previous representation IS a wreck and I had to find someone that actually could do the job. Gina not only provided patience, logical standpoints and understanding but she also treated me like a person and not just a case or an income. Given the trash heap I brought to her in the form of my case, she did the best that she could to help clean up. She is not afraid to stand up and represent you and deflect wrong doing or poor decisions that could damage your life worse than it currently could be. If I would have stuck with my previous representation I honestly believe that I would not even have a chance to see my daughter at all. Gina Grady of this lawy firm recently represented me for a case involving a divorce with children. She helped me settle this divorce, get a contempt against the children’s other parent for refusing visitation and in the end I got custody of my children because of their previously unstable living environment. Both the firm and Mrs Grady were very professional and very responsive. My Attorney Gina Grady was amazing . She was Assigned to take over my case after my original Attorney was placed on Medical Leave of Absence .. Gina came in and took Excellent care of Me and my Case and Quickly got my Case settled effectively and quickly. With everything that went on with my case she not once showed any signs of frustration even when I was getting nervous and frustrated she kept me level headed and in the end got me and my children everything we originally had been requesting. Gina was actually appointed to me as a public defender. When the case was all said and done, I got a better deal than what I planned on. We had the oppertunity to take the case in front of a Jury but I opted to take a plea. In retrospect, I should have had a jury trial as I am sure she would have dissected the assistant DA.
