Jim Fletcher is an outstanding attorney! When my brother died in Georgia, with no will, I needed a lawyer to represent me to become the Administrator of my deceased brother's estate. I am from California; and, the laws in Georgia are so different. We were at a loss on how to proceed. My wife, Sally, researched the internet and found Attorney Fletcher, who specializes in probates. After flying to Georgia and attending my brother's funeral, we had an initial one hour free consultation with Attorney Fletcher. During that initial consultation, Attorney Fletcher discovered that my deceased sister-in-law's estate had not gone through probate; and, he agreed to represent me and prepare legal probate documents at a reduced fee for both estates. He was definitely there to help my family. At that moment, my wife and I felt that we had found the perfect lawyer to represent me as Administrator for both estates. Within 24 hours of retaining him as an attorney, Jim Fletcher filed legal paperwork with the Probate Court for me to be assigned as Administrator. With this action, we definitely felt that we hired the right attorney to represent me. During the probate process, Attorney Fletcher sure has proved his worth and outstanding ability. For example, Attorney Fletcher got us connected with a real estate agent, who did a tremendous job selling my deceased brother's house out of the estate. He also handled creditor claims against my deceased brother's estate, in a way that only an attorney could do. (Without Jim Fletcher, I would have been at a loss not knowing what to do about those creditor claims.) Above all, I was especially impressed with Attorney Fletcher's legal work and negotiations to resolve a lien against my deceased brother's house, when it was in escrow prior to closing the sale. These tenacious legal actions by Attorney Fletcher resulted in estate cost savings that far exceeded his cost. As a result, my deceased brother's surviving son received a larger inheritance. Attorney Fletcher, as well as the excellent support staff (Allison and Melissa), were there for my family when we needed them! Given the above, I strongly and highly recommend Attorney Fletcher.
